Glamatics Digital Invitations provides customized digital wedding invitation websites and landing pages based on client requirements and submitted details.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. BUT if payment made twice can be refundable. Once the project has been initiated or delivered, refunds will not be issued.
3. Changes & Modifications
Clients are allowed to request changes to the invitation details page, including:
- Names
- Event dates and timings
- Venue details
- Basic content edits
Such changes will be accommodated within reasonable limits and timelines.
4. Domain & Hosting
The invitation will be hosted on a custom .com domain featuring the bride and groom’s names (subject to availability).
- The website will remain live for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
- From the second year onwards, an annual maintenance fee will be applicable to continue hosting and support services.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Reviewing and approving final content before publishing
- Ensuring timely communication for updates or changes
6. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines may vary depending on design complexity and client response time. Delays in providing required details may affect delivery schedules.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, and creative elements developed by Glamatics Digital Invitations remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
8. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Temporary downtime due to server or technical issues
- Third-party service interruptions
- External factors beyond our control
9. Policy Updates
